Born on April 5, 1937, Tadesse Lemu was a dedicated worker primarily as a farmer, and later as a highly accomplished businessperson who made a comfortable life for himself and his family. When Tadesse was a young boy, he was a devoted Christian who made it his mission to help his community by building a church in Dogano, Oromia region. The foundation of this church rendered fellowship for people in the surrounding area and resulted in many to accept Christianity. With his loving wife by his side, Tadesse had numerous achievements throughout his life, but perhaps the most notable one was his love for education. Tadesse founded the first School in Dogano. Because of his vision for this small village, his family including his near and distant relatives and the community at large, were able to receive their primary education, support themselves and provide for their families.
