Our staff has a strong commitment to serving Waljaalladhaa inc. But first and foremost, they focus their energies on those who take advantage of our programs and services.
Our board consists of nine of Mr. Tadesse's children. All of the members were born in Dogano and have passion to serve this community. The board works hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the foundation and oversee that the funds raised directly affect those in need.
